We believe in raising our pigs the way they were meant to live. This produces healthier livestock and superior meat. Our animals are raised on our farm from farrow to finish, always outdoors. We rotate them around our pasture so they are free to root and roam, or just rest in the shade from trees. They are free of antibiotics and growth hormones. They forage for grass, nuts, brush, and roots, and we supplement them with locally sourced unmedicated feed. We raise heritage breeds, specifically chosen for their ability to thrive on pasture, and their superior meat quality.
